Before entering Real Estate, I spent 25 years in Project and Operations Management. In addition, I have chaired the Department of Strategic Management for the University of Phoenix. During this time, I gained a national reputation for establishing client trust and confidence. I was responsible for obtaining millions of dollars of repeat business from clients as a result of my belief that client service and commitment are paramount. I also have extensive experience in contract negotiation and finance. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Honors Bachelor of Science (HBS) in Engineering degrees as well as Certificates in Computer Operations and Administration from the University of Utah. I enjoy golf, hiking, and travel.
